35% of vote made President - only in Singapore. No run-off despite winning by a narrow margin of less than 0.4% of votes.

  2. EP is just a second key.
    Eventually (the only thing don't know to take how many election cycles) that the ruling party gets less than 50% (or even 45%) of votes, with that still enough to capture at least 66% of parliamentary seats, plus the PM and the cabinets (the first key) chosen even the results is not clear-mandate.
    That will become reality.
